The basic tenets of our faith are the tenets of the Christian faith
as contained in the book of Hebrews 6:1-2, and Matthew 26:26-29.
- Repentance from dead works: We believe in the repentance from
dead works and the acceptance of our Lord Jesus Christ as Lord
and Savior as the only way by which a man can be saved.
- Faith: We believe that there is one God, eternally existent
in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy
Spirit. And we believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ, His virgin
birth, His sinless life, His vicarious and atoning death, His
bodily resurrection and ascension.
- Baptism: We believe in the ordinance of baptism by immersion.
- Laying of Hands: We believe in the laying on of hands, which
refers to the placing of hands upon the body of another for the
purpose of passing on or impartation of God’s virtue or
power from one person to another for a specific purpose.
- Resurrection from the Dead: We believe in the bodily resurrection
of saved unto “Life” and the unsaved unto “Judgment,” and
everlasting damnation.
- Eternal Judgment: We believe in the eternal judgment of the
wicked and sinners leading to their eternal separation from God,
and everlasting damnation in hell fire.
- Holy Communion: We believe in the ordinance of the Holy Communion
or the Lord’s Supper, which was instituted by our Lord Jesus
Christ shortly before His crucifixion.
