Scripture:
Exodus 8:18-19A
" Now the magicians so worked with their enchantments to bring forth
lice,
but they could not. So there were lice on man and beast. Then the magicians
said to pharaoh "This is the finger of God". (NKJV)
Commentary/Meditation
Beloved, the finger of God is a figure of speech for the power of God, which
is
the dynamic ability of God to bring about change, and this finger can be effectual
in judgement, as it is effectual in blessing. As you commence a new week, I see
the Lord bringing restoration and blessing to you, and judgement to your enemies
by the power of His Spirit. |
